Great customer service. They have been able to help us to successfully set up the app and make sure it actually works. They have answered all of my questions within minutes so that very helpful as we don't have to wait long to get some issues resolved. The only challenging part was setting up the app and actually making it work as it did take us a couple of tries and customer service help to get the app working. They are always willing to help you with any issues you encounter. So far so good!

I wasn't sure this app would work for me as I wanted to create an artistic subscription service, but Hussain was amazing at guiding me through the easy steps to customize the app to work great with my shopify store! 100% would recommend this app.

I was using bold but they charged me 1% of my sales and had no customer service when needed.. this app is a game-changer and the support is top-notch... I highly recommend this app

The app is fantastic and able to run perfectly from the start with minimal intervention but also the customer support is fantastic and fast if you have any questions.

I love this subscription app, and the customer service is above and beyond. I feel like I am constantly asking them questions, and they resolve my issue quickly and accurately every time. I transferred to this app from another service and I'm glad I did. A special shout out to Kehanvi for being so helpful and kind!

I use it to run my membership subscription. The 5 stars is mainly for the customer service. The UX isn’t super intuitive or easy to figure out. Thankfully, your customer service team is super helpful and responsive. I had a great experience just now with one of your team. Issue was solved to almost 100%, but I could not stay on any longer. But I understand how to completely fix it when I can return to the page. Thank you!
