I just installed the app. I find it very difficult to navigate without a human being to assist. I wanted to add a subscription option to my website. I have not used it yet but I am sure it will do what it was created to do. I did however have a wonderful experience thanks to customer service. If only I could get the same level of assistance every time I am in need.

I find the interface generally quite simple to use and easy to understand. The staff are also very responsive and helpful - very good customer service! Please keep this up. I would make minor changes like if the subscription price changes it should flow through everything the user sees. Having the old information visible is quite confusing.

The customer service rep was very helpful in providing the details I needed to set this app up and integrate with my website. He even went to the extent of walking me through several other questions I had about set up and did it graciously.

Very helpful support, I love this app and all its functions. We decided to add subscriptions to our store and we found the best app for that. I do recommend this app.

There is a little bit of a learning curve on the app because it has a lot more functionality than I need, so finding just what I need has been a little time consuming. However, the live chat support has been stellar - never a long wait and they solve the issue (which so far has only been user error) in a snap.
