customer service is excellent. switching from bold subscriptions and this team is super helpful. looking forward to putting into action. no comment on the actual app performance yet.

I haven't decided to use this app yet as not sure if it provides for my end solution but SUPPORT has been very helpful and prompt. As our store has a some specific requirements it's great that support has been right there to assist with all of my questions.

So far the app has been fantastic for what I need for my small start up business. Ahmed was hugely helpful and patient with all my questions and my initial set up, so I'm forever grateful for that support as I find the hugely technical side of things sometimes out of my depth! I really appreciate the help to the detail I received it and no question went unturned. Hoping I don't have to reach out again, but nice to know I can if I need to!

I'm new to this app, but the customer service is 5 star. Super impressed with the reps helpfulness and concern. After my second contact with this company I take it back, not everyone is the first rep. What's more is there was no way to separate sale prices from actual subscription prices, the app practically gave the store away.

My company jsb skin just recently started offering subscriptions to my customers, and we decided to go with Appstle. So far the application seems user friendly and easy to manage. I did need some assistance with a few coding errors and the customer support team got right on it. She was very helpful and resolved our issue. I'm looking forward to using the app and it's entirety.
