Fantastic support behind this app and available 24/7! I used to use Recharge but my new theme wasn't supported with the new shopify checkout and Recharge so I moved over to Appstle and the support has been nothing short of amazing. They explained to me what I needed to do to download my current subscription data and they just took care of it all. Super impressed! The app in itself is very intuitive, easy to set up and the tutorial videos available are easy to follow and easy to understand.

We have a lot of apps installed in our store and the installation was pretty smooth. The customer service was also fantastic. may change the rating later but so far liking the app

From what I understood from two different help representatives you cannot view how your subscriptions options will look on a draft in anyway, and you have to test the widget on your live store. To me, that feels unprofessional, I like being able to see and experiment with something in a test environment before publishing it on live products. This may not be a deal breaker to everyone, they recommend testing it by putting the live product up for a few seconds to look at it and then take it down right away. I feel like that is a silly workaround for what should be a default feature.

this app is just PERFECT. Easy to use, and SUPPORT SERVICE is WOW ! i've never seen something like that : answering in a minute, very professional, very clear, very easy to understand. I'm just so happy i got this app.

I highly recommend this app they make it super easy when it comes to installing on your store and if you have any questions regarding how to do something. I spoke to Kehanvi and she was super quick to answer all of my questions. She helped me with store, business and financial questions. Don't hesitate to install this team onto your store.

I have recently changed from another app to Appstle. I have found the support team to be extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I have only been using the app for a few days, but so far am very pleased with what I am seeing. There looks to be many useful features and I am looking forward to trying them out. Happy customer here!

I used this app to set up subscriptions. I’m not good at setting apps up for my site. I contacted the chat and they were so good and helpful. Had it all set up very quickly! Definitely recommend!

Ahmed is THE BEST! He was so helpful and took the time to modify the look of my widgets! He even help me set up my shipping profiles! So kind, great app! Just wish you could edit the shipping profile locations once they were created.
