This is a new app, and I was just working on the installation. At 11 pm at night, they came on support chat within about 15 minutes and helped me where I was stuck and were very responsive. I can only say I am incredibly impressed with their customer service!

Fantastic migration from old sub app. Brilliant chat interface and incredibly helpful team. Everything on app really self-explanatory too. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.

Jackson was super helpful when I ran into a problem with the subscription relaying through!
Managed to look at and make the changes I needed, within 10mins of me asking.
I saw the reviews and saw that they were helpful, I didn't think it would be this good!
I contacted them at 23:00, and had a reply almost immediately.

At first I couldn't use this app, as I'm in Mexico, we don't have the ability to use Shopify Payments, so I had to make an account with Stripe and now I can use the app. I want to thank Natasha, from customer support, she helped me with the widget. I would love for the app to have a translate option, as I had to translate everything by myself, all the email (which have the same things to translate) should also have the ability to change everything at once, not going manually to change each and everyone. I'm excited to have some subscriptions on my site!
