This app has worked perfectly on our storefront and their support team is incredible when it comes to resolving issues or answering questions for us. I definitely recommend using this app and paying for the additional features; they are worth every penny!

Honestly, these guys are truly amazing. Especially if your business uses memberships or subscriptions. I think I use 3 of their apps: memberships, loyalty, and subscriptions. Mason helped me with a query and was diligent, understanding and very helpful. Honestly I would recommend Appstle 200x over

Load to cart takes forever to load for customers and sometimes doesn't load at all. We hired a Shopify partner to set up our website using Appstle and between the two of them we can't figure out why this is happening. Each party blames the other and a solution is never provided.

I was having a difficult time creating a monthly subscription for my customers. While in the app, I received a pop-up chat asking if I wanted a specialist to review my plan set up for free! I was eager to have another set of eyes to review and since I was a challenged with setting up my monthly subscription, I thought I'd ask if they could assist. THEY DID! Fast, Friendly, and for FREE. This is the type of customer service one should expect!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Appstle Subscriptions. The support team has been absolutely wonderful! Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or adjustments we needed.
They assisted us throughout the setup and customization process, and everything now works seamlessly in our store. The app is powerful, flexible, and integrates very smoothly with our existing setup.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution on Shopify. The support alone makes a huge difference.

I had a great experience working with Appstle. I reached out because of a minor glitch I was experiencing, and Adam was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he also went above and beyond by pointing out a few other details I hadn't even noticed yet that needed fixing. It’s rare to find support that is this proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a specific subscription setup I wanted to implement for my Shopify store — charging $xx for the first month and applying a 20% discount from the second month onwards ($yy) so we could effectively use a one-time introductory offer.

Alan was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me configure this correctly. They clearly understood the business requirement and guided me through how to structure the subscription plan so the pricing logic worked exactly as intended.

What I appreciated most was how patient and solution-oriented Alan was. Instead of giving generic answers, they worked through the setup details with me until everything functioned properly and even recorded a a video for me when I couldnt find certain functions.

Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to implement subscriptions with more advanced pricing logic and for their stellar customer support. Thank you Alan

I have small subscription group and this app does my billing, signs up and cancels subscriptions and so much more. It has been a great time saver.
