I had an issue with sizing of the widget and reached out to customer service. The issue was resolved within minutes. A true demonstration that the team cares for their customers and is invested in helping them. I've used other subscription apps and they were clunky. Appstle is far from that.

Great App for our Subscriptions. Easy to integrate and a lot of customization possible. If you need help, you receive support answer less than 1-2min and they fix your problem immediately!! Thanks to the great team!

So far the App is providing a lot of solutions for my company. I still have some testing to do, but think it will be great after speaking with customer support via chat. The Chat rep was wonderful. She answered all of my questions, sent me how to videos for my specific use cases (which are very unique, so it took some creative thinking on her part!). Wonderful experience with customer service. 100% Recommend!

This app offers a comprehensive set of subscription features and is easy to use. There was an issue that was causing confusion and their team actually listened to my feedback and changed it -- a software company that actually listens to their customers and wants to improve? The customer service for this app is a straight 10/10! I mean, I'd set it up completely wrong and Ash sorted it out for me within 20 minutes so you can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend.

Always great service! The techs are available no matter what time of day or night you're working on your store - a huge help especially when you're stuck on a particular bug fix or change.

The app is fairly easy to use and somewhat intuitive. More difficult requests require help, but the team at Shopify is responsive, patient, and very helpful via the chat option.
