The 5 star review is a “so far” review. I just downloaded it today, and the support was very helpful in helping me understand how to use it. It is the easiest app to use of this type that I have tried, and I have found it to be fairly intuitive. If it works great when I launch it, then they will have truly earned all 5 stars.

UPDATE: I have been using this service for about a month now and stick by the 5 stars. The support is top notch!

This app has been great so far! Been using it for the past few months and our customers are happy! The customer service it on point and always there to answer my questions and troubleshoot immediately! Highly recommend!

app works great although some CSS coding knowledge is required if you want to make it look really fancy! Customer service is great though and they're on hand very quick. Henry in particular who was a real life saver in helping me out when I needed him.

After trying several lesser-known widgets to give them a chance, I quickly discovered why Appstle is the most downloaded and highly rated subscription app on Shopify. The integration was seamless, and—most importantly—it actually worked. Unlike other widgets that failed to apply discounts when adding subscription options to the cart, Appstle delivered flawlessly.

The customer service is top-notch! They respond within minutes and even go into your store to fix issues directly. Huge shoutout to Jackson for the fantastic support!

I'm also using their Volume plug-in now, and the two integrate perfectly. Highly recommended, especially if you're just starting out and already juggling a million things. You don’t have time to waste on tools that don’t work right out of the box.

very robust app, especially for the price point.
impressed with support and options, as well as reporting.
It's not often you find something good, cheap, and fast - this is that kind of unicorn.

I was having some trouble setting up this app to take recurring donations through my Shopify store. Getting it to work with my Shopify template wasn't a simple fix, but the team at Appstle made it happen, despite having to try several different fixes. They didn't give up! And they were a pleasure to work with.

Appstle have been great. Really good value, robust subscription app that does what you need it to do. Also, their support is first class and will find you a solution to any complications you run into.

Dealing with Appstle is like a breath of fresh air. We had to urgently transfer from Bold subscriptions V2 App to another recurring AP and Appstle answered me on their online chat immediately. Within 15 minutes the technician, Jackson, was working on transferring our customer's subscriptions over from BOLD to Appstle. Normally I have to wait between 24 to 62 hours for Bold to message me back with a support officer and then they take a very long time to resolve issues. Most often they didn't resolve the issues and we lost customers because of this. I will be leaving a review about BOLD on their profile page shortly about the major issues we had.
Appstle's support is among the best I have received in along time.
