Sometimes we have special requests from our customers or billing issues related to customer changes and the team is always helpful in creating work-arounds AND showing us how to do it also - so that we can better serve our customers. Honestly, the best customer support!

There is no better app. This app is very user-friendly; if you are stumped and need help, someone will always help you via chat. It's not an automated ask 15 questions before you speak to someone; it goes directly to help.
I needed help twice, and each time, I was impressed with the customer service and the result. I am on the basic plan, and they treat me like a valuable customer, solving all my problems and answering all my questions. As soon as I am capped on subscriptions, I will be upgrading. The customer service alone is 10/10. You can not go wrong with Appstle.

I had an issue that I couldn't figure out so I contacted support. Ash responded within 1 minute and was not only able to advise me how to fix the issue, he sent me a screen video of how to go about it. If only all other app support was as efficient as Appstle. 5 stars!
