The app doesn't quite do everything we would hope right off the shelf , but the support team are very helpful in making custom changes to design and layout via chat! Recommended!

Really wonderful functionality! While there are limitations on customizations to your visuals, the support team is insanely responsive and can adjust anything you need to work within your theme. Really wonderful service!

Responsive support, reasonably priced compared to competitors, lots of setting depth, inc retention flows and very customisable customer portal. All worth 5 stars.

Critique: Confusing split settings across Shop settings, customer portal and other settings. And despite reasonable cost noted above, if wanting automation APIs for flows and webhooks that can add $100-300 to the plans ads add-ons.

Fast, helpful support. Launching and managing subscriptions has been a lot more complicated than we thought it would be. The responsive support and assistance has helped a lot.

The support team is very responsive. As our business has grown the largest pain-point that we have experienced is needing to keep an eye on the subscription quota. There isn't any notification that you are approaching the threshold - things just quit working once you hit the limit. They have always been quick to assist with upgrading your service level. They would receive a 5-star from me if they sent notification and offered a grace period, to help you upgrade without interrupting the customer experience.

This app is a super easy way to introduce subscriptions into your shopify store. There is a little bit of setup to do in the beginning, but then it seems to be pretty plug and play. I had a few questions on how to use it and the support team was very helpful. I would recommend using this app.

Die App verfügt über viele Features und Möglichkeiten, ein Abonnement für die Kunden individuell zu gestalten. Entsprechend komplex sind die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Für Shopbetreiber, die ihren Shop nicht auf Englisch haben wollen, kommt entsprechende Menge zum manuellen Übersetzen hinzu - daher 4 Sterne statt 5 für die (noch) fehlende Übersetzung.
Doch dieses Manko wird durch den ultraschnellen und kompetenten Support mehr als ausgeglichen. Die Chat-Optik mag suggerieren, dass es sich um einen üblichen Bot handelt, doch nein, es sind echte Menschen, die auf jede Frage eine Antwort haben. Großartiger Service!

Appstle's pricing is competitive and their system is easy to use. Their team is extremely quick in replying and very helpful. When migrating from ReCharge to this, I would recommend keeping communication with the team super tight, because there are definitely bugs that need worked out, and the process isn't always totally clear. But the team is very helpful and the savings are worth it.
