If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. For years I've been limping along with subscription apps that ALMOST did what I wanted, and every couple of years I'd look around to see if anything new was available. Another business owner told me about Appstle and she was right. The search is over. Appstle is perfect!

It has so many options for different types of subscription schedules, a gorgeous dashboard for my customers - clean, simple, easy to navigate and VERY easy to customize with exactly the info and options I want them to have access to.

And the customer service is amazing! I've NEVER encountered this level of help before. I had to migrate a group of subscribers once before (with another company) and it was a disaster. They realized (after I deleted all the subscriptions) that a migration wasn't possible and I had to ask all my subscribers to resubscribe. That was NOT an experience I wanted to repeat, so I had a million questions for the folks at Appstle and they were so incredibly patient answering them all. Mine was a fairly complex migration because I was also changing the payment schedule from every 30 days to everyone being charged on the same day (which is another fabulous feature Appstle offers) and they basically did the entire migration for me. It worked flawlessly!

I'm a creative business owner - not a web developer - with an online business for fifteen years, and I've encountered so many situations where tech support people are either really condescending or really impatient when I don't understand the tech jargon. Over the course of the migration process I worked with several different people at Appstle and every single one of them was polite, patient, helpful and KIND. They made every step of the process incredible easy.

I am just getting started with my website and the idea of integrating all the features of bigger stores is daunting. However I know that I will need to offer these features and conveniences if I am going to compete. Appstle has been a huge weight off my mind because I have no idea how to code and these guys made the process easy. Now the step between sending someone a bill and getting paid is eliminated because I offer physical products and services on my site. Even prompt people will sometimes ignore an invoice. So, turn that invoice into a receipt.

I waited to leave a review until I was able to try the app out and see how it was working over a few weeks. All in all, I am very happy with this app and how it handles all of our subscriptions.

We offer a subscription to a single product and that product is only shipped out every five weeks. I looked all over for an app that would enable us to run our subscriptions the way that we want, and this is the one! There are SO many ways you can customize the experience for your customers and SO many different settings to make the subscriptions work exactly how you need. We were able to set everything up so that it works perfectly for our niche product and customers.

I will say that it took me almost two full days to get everything configured the way that we needed it to be for our specific needs. I reached out to their support folks more times than I'd like to admit, and they helped me with everything!

I absolutely recommend this app, especially if you have some weirdo specific thing you're attempting to accomplish with your subscriptions.

Update: Today Appstle staff helped me resolve 2 issues in a speedy manner. They are always very helpful and get to the root of my issue. Today it was figuring out how to export the upcoming orders for the month so that we can dedicate inventory toward our subscriptions . Secondly, to reformat how upcoming order dates show up in the customer portal. The support member showed me how to filter and export to get upcoming order data. While exporting and manually counting isn't the worst thing in the world, it would be great if we could have a 'next month' section in analytics just so that the manual counting of products is not required. Either way, great app, thanks Appstle!!

Prior Update: You can tell Appstle has been working hard to implement the best features and usability. The support is very quick and has always been good quality, but it has also improved to be even better! Very happy to have this app. There were a few hiccups in the early days, but I'm so glad that we got through them. If you're new to subscription apps, just start with this one! The reason I had hiccups was because I started with a different subscription app.

Initial onboarding took some patience since I was migrating from Bold V1. We had a few issues due to leftover code from Bold V1, but that wasn't Appstle's fault. We also encountered a glitch on Appstle's end that prevented us from using the app and after a video call, got that resolved very quickly and reset our free trial so that we could actually try it out before purchasing. The customer portal is easy, I love being able to send a magic link. Support is incredibly fast and usually very helpful, IF you get the right person. This app works way better than our previous app and is very functional. Compared to Bold V1, I get way less confused customers now with Appstle. Great app!

We migrated from ReCharge. This app is much better considering the price difference. But I will warn you that the actual migration process was not straight forward.

For migration - the devil is in the detail so I would recommend doing your DD here before undertaking the challenge. Appstle have a great support team so we were able to get the migration completed, but it took much longer than expected.

I suggest this to try and help you migrate: the best solution was to 1) completely DISABLE your ReCharge subscriptions for a few days (so customers cannot make any changes), 2) then complete migrating across all of the data, 3) and then ENABLE on Appstle (after testing/UAT). First we tried to migrate while ReCharge was still active (which meant customers constantly updating their subscriptions), so the data in each platform was never in sync.

@Appstle team - there is a big opportunity for improvement with the migration process.

In terms of ongoing support it has been excellent. Always fast communication and they make bespoke customisations for us as required.

It has a lot of features already built in, so most of the things you can think of are ready to go. If you want a feature that is not currently offered, it goes into a production backlog whereby users can vote for the new features to be developed.

I would definitely recommend this app if you're running a subscription offering in your business.

Talk about amazing, These guys have a 10 out of 5 stars They go above and beyond helping you. 24/7 They help me customize certain parts and walked me through the rest. You have to understand Im not the fastest learner but they came through. The app has so many wonderful feature its hard to list them. The price is right in line too compared to other app that charge a lot more for less. With all seriousness give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

I have been using this app for around 5 months now and I am very happy with my experience thus far. The app allowed me to set up multiple subscription plans for my products and test them before going live. Any time I've had issues (I've only had two) their customer success team has responded quickly and solved my issues completely. They go above and beyond to answer your questions, even allowing you to get into the technical details. If you're looking for a subscription add-on for your shopify store I would not hesitate to recommend this one. The trial allows you to use it without paying until you start making money which is a very respectable business model. They succeed if and only if you succeed.

Overall the app is easy to use and does what it is supposed to. I do want to point out the exceptional customer service though. I have reached out a few times via chat about issues I was having and always got a quick response (within a couple minutes) and a solution. One time did end up being a bug on their end and they got a fix for it within a day, which I was super impressed with. Would definitely recommend the plugin

This is by far the best app i have installed, not only is it saving me A LOT of money compared to other subscription apps (not naming names). But the support is incredible, they helped me migrate close to 1000 subscriptions without error, and their response time to fix minor errors from installing on our custom theme was impressive. Highly recommend. I Wish i knew about this app when i started my shop. Would give it 6 Stars if that was an option!

I would 100% recommend this app! It is easy to use and any questions I have, I just start a chat and it's resolved right then and there! Each person I've spoken with are so friendly and amazing and even offer to help with things I didn't even think of. For example, after answering my question, I was asked if I wanted them to match the colors of the customer portal to my theme! Simple, but they go the extra mile every time! I especially love that they do a video to show you how to do something!!! If you are on the fence, go with Appstle!!!! I had to migrate a LOT of customers from a different app and they did it with ease!! I haven't regretted it once and will never look back!! Thank you Appstle team for ALL that you have done for me and my business!!!
