The customer service is good. But the app itself could be more user friendly. It would be good if I could amend subscriptions orders myself without having to contact the live customer service chat.

OK I just sent a chat for help with an issue i was experiancing, and can i just say their team has got it together. They fixed my issue in less than 5 mins. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM.

Had a good experience then ran into a problem. However after talking to Logan who turned it around and went over and above to help us fix some of our issues. Thanks very much, very recommended

Brilliant, what more can I say, we have been wanting to add subscriptions to our website for some time now, but there are a lot of apps and they vary from more basic offerings for free to extensively optioned but too expensive to justify at our businesses point - since we are starting out and will likely not have many subs to start off we really need quality and scalability, the Appstle subscriptions give just that, we can test the market and as (we hope) subscriptions grow then move to the paid options
The support is quick and efficient and nothing is too much trouble.
Looking forward to a happy and effective business relationship

Do you have an online store/ presence that you would like to utilize for a subscription service for whatever Product/Service your offering. Then Appstle is pretty much the app for you as it gives you pretty much all that control and more for managing your customers and their subscriptions. Want customers to only be charged $$$ on the first of the month? Done.
Want customers to be able to pre pay for extra orders at a time for a discount? Done.
Want Customers to have the ability to combine regular orders with their subscription? Done. It checked all the boxes I needed for my store (which was a lot of boxes) so there's a good chance it will check all of the boxes for your store.

The agent was very helpful, fast response. Super easy set up, instructions are very clear. They even help you make sure the options match your store theme.

I just started with Appstle and already have had excellent customer service from two of their ultra-helpful and friendly staff. Let me tell you, though - accessing customer service was actually down to my own ineptitude (!) not any major complications with the app. In fact, the app is really easy and nice to navigate, with lots of great features, helpful tutorials, etc. Really looking forward to having this as part of my store!
