Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

We are using this app to manage skincare subscriptions. The app is easy to use from a user as well as a customer. Most importantly I appreciate Appstle's customer service. They are a small and nimble team who is attentive to needs and responds quickly to any questions. Looking forward to continuing to grow business and repeat sales with Appstle.

Customer service is responsive and fast, they have a good technical understanding of the app, Shopify and its limitations. The technical ability of the team is excellent, a lot of them seem to be able to code. Video calls are setup for any issues that require more in-depth explanation.

The app itself is quite comprehensive and new features come out frequently. The API and websockets are the icing on the cake for us, this gives us flexibility and future-proofing, and makes us feel comfortable about solving issues on our own outside of Shopify.

Reasonably priced, considering we do not use all the features, just a few. For someone that will use more features, this is a great price!

I am very, very new to subscriptions and have been wavering back and forth between different apps before re-launching my (former brick and mortar) shop online only. Mann was incredily helpful, patient and understanding of my inexperience in this realm. He even customized the app to fit my store theme for me.
