Henry was incredibly helpful and a true lifesaver! After watching countless YouTube videos without finding the answers I needed, I was thrilled to get such prompt and detailed assistance from him. He provided me with comprehensive Loom videos that walked me through each step of the process, making everything so much easier to understand. Henry's quick and thorough support is exactly what more people should strive to offer. Highly recommend!

The support team is really great. There were some issues with imported customer subscriptions but after messaging the team they were able to fix it and link everything up for me.

I would like to be able to get to a live person when needed. It's not alway convenient to send and email or "chat". Live chat was quick to respond once a request was submitted.

Mia was knowledgeable, fast, eager to follow through, and highly responsive. It’s a pleasure to get support from professionals who know what they are doing.
The Manage Subscription button was missing from my customers account page. We had updated to an unsupported theme. Mia immediately understood the problem. The button appeared, but it overlapped text. She continued to work together with me until the problem was resolved.
When the chat was disconnected, she emailed me right away. Thanks for the great support and for making it easy to get help.

Great app and priced far better than some of the competition. The customer portal works really well. We actually migrated to Appstle from another popular subscription application. Customer support is also very helpful! Would highly recommend.

The software itself has been really smooth for actually getting and retaining subscriptions. For the one time I've had a small tech issue, the team fixed it in 2 minutes and customized the look for me based on my site's theme. Couldn't ask for more.

I'm just starting up my own online store and after looking around many apps to provide the subscription service I couldn't be happier that I landed with Appstle. The entry level pricing is the best from what I saw that's around, but the best is the customer service. I had Jackson help me as I was setting up and the attention and help I got goes above and beyond. I'll be very happy to continue using Appstle as I look to make my business grow.

This app has been nothing short of spectacular so far! I used it flawlessly on my Sense theme. There were some compatibility issues when switching to the Shapes theme, however when I reached out to support (Ash was my agent today) they were extremely prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my subscription widget was seamlessly integrated into my new product pages and that all my needs were met. Within a matter of minutes they were able to completely solve all of my issues.

Pro tip: if you're having issues with your product, reach out to support before rage quitting and trying other apps. They'll do their best to get you taken care of :)
