This app is exactly what I need for my business! The subscription options are perfect for what I do, and the support they offer to their clients is a 10 out of 10! Someone always responds quickly to me and has direct, concise answers for my questions and solutions to my problems. There is always a 1-2 minute tutorial video they will send you for help, and if its not something you can do they'll take care of it on the backend right away. Really loving this app so much!

The Appstle Subscriptions app is highly versatile and robust, perfectly suited to our growing needs for offering subscriptions to our customers. We switched from Bold Subscriptions to Appstle because Appstle offers more features, has a flat monthly cost, and does not charge commission fees on transactions, unlike Bold. Additionally, Appstle has a fantastic support team that is responsive and always available to assist us with questions or adjustments. They help us identify and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

The support team is really great. There were some issues with imported customer subscriptions but after messaging the team they were able to fix it and link everything up for me.

The app itself is still unintuitive and it really shouldn't be this much hassle to just get everything going.

I'm just starting up my own online store and after looking around many apps to provide the subscription service I couldn't be happier that I landed with Appstle. The entry level pricing is the best from what I saw that's around, but the best is the customer service. I had Jackson help me as I was setting up and the attention and help I got goes above and beyond. I'll be very happy to continue using Appstle as I look to make my business grow.
