Chat support for onboarding was great - very helpful.
I wanted to be able to tie the customer subscription renewal to the 'ship date' rather than the 'order date' - unfortunately the app cannot do that - but at least my support guy was able to tell me upfront.

Great app and fantastic technical support. While it still can be improved and have more features added. I think it is the go to app for subscriptions. Good value for money versus other options.

This app has been working well. The cost is more than reasonable and it does what it is suppose to, but most importantly, we have always had quick access to support when we had questions or issues, or just needed to understand things. Best app support I've seen.

High performance subscription app - I love it. But what I love more is the instant customer service a shop owner gets to iron out the wrinkles, the little difficulties that new shop owners encounter. That's the big, real-deal bonus. Great app, great crew. Highly recommended!

Defo recommend applstle as it's free at the beginning, until you have enough orders! which is very good for a start-up! also the customer service is spot on and quick!!!
