I asked for help and they walked me through the whole process to set up a Build a Box. I will continue to add more and more of their widgets to our site based on that type of customer service!

Appstle help desk is so great! We have two shopify stores with two subscriptions, one with over 1000 subscribers. When I need help, they are there immediately to walk me through my issues. Today Ash helped me with a problem and solved it quickly.

While the user inferface is not always easy to use, the customer service team are exceptional and always fix any issues in a timely manner. We have been very happy with this service.

Regarding the app itself, 100 usd per month for API access is just not reasonable, especially for the feature of retrieving the magic link that should be included in any plan.

I had a great experience with their support. I had trouble implementing the app, but got help quickly and efficiently. I also like that they charge based on how well the subscription feature does, starting at free.

I have bugged the heck out of this team with my stupid questions and inability to comprehend the simplest of instructions. Though, this small team behind this app have been responsive, helpful and overly nice throughout all of it. They have fixed every issue I have inquired about in a timely manner. Best support ever...oh yeah - the app is fantastic too!
