We love the Appstle subscription app! We love the customization and how easy it is to implement. Their customer service is great too!

From what I understood from two different help representatives you cannot view how your subscriptions options will look on a draft in anyway, and you have to test the widget on your live store. To me, that feels unprofessional, I like being able to see and experiment with something in a test environment before publishing it on live products. This may not be a deal breaker to everyone, they recommend testing it by putting the live product up for a few seconds to look at it and then take it down right away. I feel like that is a silly workaround for what should be a default feature.

They helped me twice and they gave me exactly what I needed. I was so frustrated, but they helped me figure everything out. Excellent customer service!!

I have been using this the Appstle Subscription app on my Shopify store for months and decided to change my store theme. When I published the new theme, the subscription option did not carry over. I reached out for support and was helped right away (it was the middle of the night here on the east coast!) Thank you so much for your excellent service!

So far the app has worked flawlessly and customer service responded to a question immediately. Very happy with the $0 cost unless you hit $500 in sales with the subscription. Let's you try it out worry free to see if its right for you.

Switched over the Appstle from squarespace commerce and have been blown away. The app is user friendly but if you need support, their support team is world class. I have a small business and am a new appstle customer and hope to be a long time apptle user given what I have seen so far!
