I recently had the pleasure of working with Kehanvi, the success manager for Appstle Subscriptions, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Kehanvi was extremely helpful and efficient in addressing all the issues I had with customizing the labels, removing the option for one-time purchases, and fixing the "add to cart" button.
What impressed me the most was that there was no wait time, and Kehanvi was able to assist me right away. She had a great understanding of the product and was able to customize it to meet my specific needs. Her attention to detail was also impressive, and she was able to identify and fix the small issue with the "add to cart" button quickly.
Overall, I would highly recommend Kehanvi and Appstle Subscriptions to anyone looking for a subscription management solution with exceptional customer support. Just starting out with the app, but the customer service and technical expertise of their employees is top notch. I worked with Kehanvi and they were able to help me tweak many settings and thematic customization options as well as adjust the app to match my store's appearance. I could not have asked for an easier or more friendly interaction. Very impressed.
