After reading the reviews about this app and the customer service. I decided to go ahead and install the app. I was so blown away by the ease of this app and the customer service was so professional, helpful, considerate, and very efficient in helping me install the app. Five stars are not enough for this app and the developers. They should receive ten stars!!! Outstanding service.

Really great customer service. I have been testing the customer portal to manage their subscription. For the second method, there is no 'Manage Subscription' button when I log into my account in the Shopify Store so I contacted customer service via chat and Kehanv was assisting me. Not only did she solve this issue but also helped me reposition and re-design the "manage subscription". Really fast and prompt reply. Definitely recommend this app

Amazing service!! Kehanvi was so supportive and helped me solve a problem without me needing to think twice about it! She was such a star and I am so happy with their service, there are many companies that offer subscription service but will offer not the same 5 star customer service from this team!! Very happy :)

A basic and affordable subscription app, easy to use and configure. Excellent support team. Any time we had issues, they respond the same day to fix issues.

I've been very happy with this app. It is working as they said it would. I had several questions in the beginning and the Appstle team helped me through it all. They helped me migrate my subscription customers from a different app - and that went well. They are always available on Chat and super quick to respond. They always understand my question and help with whatever I need. I wish I could find this level of custome service everywhere!
