This app is great! Everything is easily customizable and works extremely well for my subscription service. The couple of times I couldn't find a setting, the chat support team was amazing and clearly showed me how (and were VERY FAST to respond, even late at night). Great team and great app :)

The app doesnt even work. It does not show up in the product page and there is no way to customize it.

We apologize you had a less-than-stellar experience with the app. We try to support as many themes as possible. However, for a few themes (especially if it’s a non-Shopify third-party theme), the widget might need additional configuration. We often do this configuration on our end to best support our merchants.
We have gone ahead and configured the widget on your store :). Please go ahead and take a look. We have 24X7 support and have updated you on the chat as well. If you need any other help with your store’s subscription offer, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Zoha from the customer support team has been just great! Besides helping me understand how to set up the app, she's also given some tips and made a few code changes to the template. Super fast and professional! Highly recommend!

Appstle has incredible / fast customer service. The merchant can edit a lot of settings too. So far I am really impressed!

First, the service is amazing, their interface is very clean and easy to understand and the cherry on the cake is their customer service, always responsive and helpful
