Great app for subscriptions - very comprehensive! Support is outstanding, with many talented, helpful team members available all day long. Developers are quick to make reasonable changes! The ONLY thing that you need to adjust up front: the default labels/email templates need to be re-worded, but that's a few hours of customization and you are all set! Highly Recommend!

We've tried working with other subscription apps, but none were meeting our requirements, they gave us a headache in getting them set up, and support had long turn-around-times. This app is packed full of features and really simple to use. I did get stuck with setting up my subscription plan, but the help team were quick to reply and fixed the issue quickly (it was my fault). The offer for the help team to log in and implement my change was awesome and very comforting to know that if I have any technical issues, the team can be there is fix for me.
