Instead of archived how-to videos, she provided on the spot tutorial screen recordings and screenshots of my own Shopify to teach me how to navigate. They were extremely polite, very responsive, and happy to help. I spent a couple hours on the live chat with a few of them, helping me navigate through my website. They were so kind to help me figure out my frustrations and when they couldn’t, they did not hesitate to follow up with me on a solution from their developers.
