Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

We've been using appstle for about a month now. Having to migrate from a different setup, we naturally had A LOT of questions.
I have never experienced this level of support from a shopify app before. It's insane. Not only is this real 24/7 live chat (seriously they always answer within 5 minutes), they also don't just give you a bunch of canned responses; they actually help. We need more of this in the world. Their pricing is also fair. They don't try and eat into your hard earned profit like some of the other apps (who would have you pay an extra 2-10% of your revenue). I mean, $100 for $50k in subscription revenue is more than fair. From all the subscription apps I have been through, I have to say that appstle's is the best one of them all. It's super easy to get started (and if you have any issues, they have that amazing support, to help you, even if it's 4 in the morning and your program launches in 2 hours). But it's also the most advanced I have seen to far as well. We have some pretty specific needs that requires a lot of changing of products and prices and with this app, it was super easy to set up and works like a charm. All in all, I feel like I have finally found a good subscription app with a friendly, knowledgeable and fair team behind it, and I plan to stick around for a long time. Please don't change appstle.

Great app, very easy to set up and customize. Had also great experience with customer support (talked to Maryum), who provided extensive and detailed tips on how to set up our subscription services to our customers' liking. Also spoke to Prarthana at a future date about our customers' subscription management process and she was patient enough to walk me through it and also go beyond my initial request and help update our look and feel for the subscription pages. Fantastic service!

I just wanted to say that this app is absolutely fabulous. I love the interface and the customer service is superb. It's so user-friendly and easy to navigate with a great selection of video tutorials and very detailed help docs. I have tried a handful of subscription apps and none of them compare. Appstle is hands down the best subscription app around. I will be using this app forever, and I have no doubt my subscribers will love it too! Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful product for everyone to use.

This is the best subscription app out there, and the customer success engineers do a great job helping out whenever we are facing some issues with the app, the app is full of features, its the one app that you need if you have a subscription business.
