Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

We have tried several subscription apps and Appstle is by far the best one. Best customer service (literally 24/7), very easy to set up, ton of settings to play with, highly customizable and integrated. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Customer service is consistently prompt and extremely helpful, assisting with the widget integration and customization. We just installed the app, but it was easy to figure out and looks easy to use, both on the shop owner and customer side.

Great app, even better support. I was having issues which ultimately stemmed from Shopify. Appstle support actually went into my Shopify and found/fixed the issue for me. Added bonus points for then customizing the widget to match my stores theme. Highly recommend.

The setup experience has been great, very intuitive and the customer support is 10/10, responds super fast and is extremely helpful. Extra plus for integration with Klavyio and great tutorial videos on all kinds of topics. Emails and cancellation management drafts are great and easy to adapt. So far 10/10! Our subscriptions just went live so we'll see how it goes once first subscribers start coming in

I reached out to finalize the subscription model I set up, and I had an issue with the free shipping that wasn't working properly or wasn't set up. Meghal was more than dedicated, she took the time to understand and answer every concern I had. I have to be honest, I try to avoid contacting support with any company because the service nowadays is bad and the worth thing, they never listen. Meghal is a great and rare example of how customer service should be and how to LISTEN to the customer and give him/her the attention they deserve. Amazing customer service! The app isn't perfect but it does everything I need it to, and whenever I get stuck or have a bug, the live chat team of developers respond in minutes to resolve it. I wouldn't use any other app because of this fantastic service!!!

We used this to easily add our subscription offering to our online store. It was easy and now we can offer subscriptions along with products and set up accounts for our new users. There are some tedious set ups, but the support team is very eager to help! They helped me with a very complex issue and maintained professionalism. I would recommend this to anyone!
