The team at Appstle are always super helpful at helping to solve any queries we have with the app. It's working really well for us. We'd love for it to support B2B customer subscriptions, but other than that, we're really happy with it.

I have asked the team at Appstle a lot of questions and they have answered everything to my satisfaction. When I can't determine why things aren't functioning properly, I include screenshots and detailed messages about what's happening and what I would like to happen. They always solve my problem. Even when the functionality I wanted was not the typical use case for their app, they took the time to listen to me and understand my end goal and they came up with a solution that does what I need. They are very patient and kind and curteous.

I had an issue with sizing of the widget and reached out to customer service. The issue was resolved within minutes. A true demonstration that the team cares for their customers and is invested in helping them. I've used other subscription apps and they were clunky. Appstle is far from that.

I started using this app for the first time today. I was jumping into an already set-up store. My help rep, Kylie, walked me through everything. Instead of archived how-to videos, she provided on the spot tutorial screen recordings and screenshots of my own Shopify to teach me how to navigate. I highly recommend this app and the team that's behind it is awesome!

I've tried my fair share of subscription apps and Appstle is by far the best one out there. It's extremely user friendly for both the consumer and operator, affordable pricing and unreal customer support if you ever need to reach out to them. Highly recommend!

So far the App is providing a lot of solutions for my company. I still have some testing to do, but think it will be great after speaking with customer support via chat. The Chat rep was wonderful. She answered all of my questions, sent me how to videos for my specific use cases (which are very unique, so it took some creative thinking on her part!). Wonderful experience with customer service. 100% Recommend!

Regarding the app itself, 100 usd per month for API access is just not reasonable, especially for the feature of retrieving the magic link that should be included in any plan.
