We have been using another subscription app for a few years now which has worked well so far but we found the customer support lacking and any customisation of the app to be quite difficult if you don’t know code! We started the onerous task of looking for alternatives and finally found Appstle. From the outset the customer support was (and still is) hands down the best we have found from any Shopify app – and that was when we were still trialling the product. We had hundreds of existing subscribers to migrate and Appstle supported us all the way through. The superior customer support makes it feel like they are a part of your own business. The app is easy to use, and their customer service is great. Speedy responses with in-depth explanations and videos on how to fix things, which comes in handy for someone like me who's not great at tech!
