I'm setting up my own business on Shopify for the first time and using the subscription model Appstle. I was struggling a little because I couldn't get the app to embed among a few other things. I started chatting with Jackson and he was absolutely AMAZING!! He was able to remote into my account and fix everything I was needing and more!! There's no way I could have done it without him. Great app and great customer support. It allows us to make a considerable amount of recurring revenue monthly via subscriptions and customers have full control - they can skip, pause, edit or cancel subscriptions.

Incredible customer service! The app itself is simple and easy to use, while providing all necessary options.
The in-app chat support is super useful too! I had A LOT of questions and they gave me concise answers every single time within minutes.

app works great although some CSS coding knowledge is required if you want to make it look really fancy! Customer service is great though and they're on hand very quick. Henry in particular who was a real life saver in helping me out when I needed him.

The integration was seamless, and—most importantly—it actually worked. Unlike other widgets that failed to apply discounts when adding subscription options to the cart, Appstle delivered flawlessly.

I'm also using their Volume plug-in now, and the two integrate perfectly. Highly recommended, especially if you're just starting out and already juggling a million things. You don’t have time to waste on tools that don’t work right out of the box.

I was having some trouble setting up this app to take recurring donations through my Shopify store. Getting it to work with my Shopify template wasn't a simple fix, but the team at Appstle made it happen, despite having to try several different fixes. They didn't give up! And they were a pleasure to work with.
