Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I had an issue with our website and not being able to add our subscription to cart, I had tried many other fixes but it still wasn't working. I reached out to support and Brooks was very helpful and had me send in the link to the two products that we were having issues with. We had just updated our website to a new theme and that there was some code that was missing from the product, Brooks added that code and both products are working great! I asked if it could further be explained what was wrong so we could know for the future, Brooks did let me know issues and that I could always reach out to them in the future if need be! This support is super awesome considering we are a small business and it is great to have access to this! Amazing! Props to Brooks.

I am really happy with using appstle subscription plan for my customers. I was using another subscription application that had really bad customer service and the price was very high for what I was getting. Appstle it the total opposite. Their customer service is excellent, always fast to reply and help out with any questions staying with me until I am all set and making sure I have things properly figured out to move forward. They also helped me a lot when I switched over to them to get the transition of customers over to this new plan. Their app perfectly integrates with shopify making it a one stop shop for my customers who can now take care of their subscription themselves without me having to me the liaison. As an added bonus you can give any items on your site the option to have a subscription at any interval you choose. Super happy I found this app and plan on staying with them. I've been doing subscription plans since before there were applications for it and I was punching in card info individually myself per customer every month. This app is awesome. I would definitely recommend. I use the regular business plan and it is more than enough options.

I have no complaints on the app itself so far but have been very impressed with their customer service. They are very quick to respond and assist with any issues and even helping with custom codes which has made the launch of this program much easier. Also seems like they update and add features quite regularly so I'm excited to see what they come out with next.

We have had Appstle integrated with our website for awhile now. It has been great to manage our monthly subscriptions. I really appreciate their easy costumer service. Kevin helped me make some custom code changes so that our subscriptions would appear perfect on the site. Being a non technical founder, this kind of support is very appreciated!

We’ve been using Appstle Subscriptions for about 2.5 years now, and it’s been consistently solid. The app itself is user-friendly and relatively easy to configure. The widgets are fully customizable, the customer portal is smooth, and once you get it dialed in, you can basically set it and forget it—which is exactly what you want from a subscription app.

What really makes Appstle stand out, though, is the support team. They’re fast, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Instead of sending over some vague help doc, they actually take the time to look into your question and respond with step-by-step instructions. A lot of times, they’ll even record a Loom video walking you through everything, sometimes custom just for your issue. That kind of support is rare.

They’ve even built features or made updates based on things we’ve asked about. Most apps would just tell you to submit a feature request and hope for the best, but Appstle actually listens—and they follow through, often way faster than expected.

We’ve had very few issues in the time we’ve used it, but anytime something did come up, it was resolved quickly. They also made switching from our previous subscription app really easy and handled the import of existing subscribers with no drama.

Look Appstel has got it all. They are inexpensive from a cost perspective unlike other companies that charge CRAZY fees for subscription. These guys just charge a flat fee per month. AND there support is absolutely insane. I mean that in a good way. They are on top of every request and respond within a few minutes usually. By far the best app we have on our store.

I've had wonderful experiences with this app. The integration and set up was easy. I've never had such quick responses to my questions. The customer service is exceptional. They've helped me with multiple issues and are always, quick, kind, and thorough. We will continue to build out subscriptions because of the ease of this app.

This app is amazing. helps organize customers on subscriptions and easy to manage. if you need help setting anything up with connecting the app to your store customer service/ engineers are very very helpful and take there time to figure out any problems you're having and they'll fix it. I really would recommend the Appstle Subscription App to anyone who is selling products on subscriptions.
