Tiene buena funcionalidad y un servicio técnico dedicado y amable, pero presenta algunos problemas de personalización y hay áreas en las que falta pulido. Funciona bien con requisitos sencillos pero es limitada para operativas complejas.
Customer service has been responsive and helpful when I have needed to reach out. Sometimes I am frustrated that I have to reach out to customer service. For example, we recently changed our theme for our website, and the theme did not automatically pull over all of the necessary elements from our customer portal (we were missing the "manage subscriptions" button). This was not a fix I could do on my own - nor was it something that I realized was a problem until a customer reached out, which doesn't help my company's image. Sometimes it feels like there are too many options and apps in Shopify, and it is difficult to anticipate how one change might impact other elements. I acknowledge that this is difficult to manage on the tech side - especially among multiple entities, and it is still frustrating as a business owner. Mostly, I think it is a helpful app. Aside from this recent frustration the only other wish that I have for the app is a way to export future orders (knowing that people can always pause or skip), but this function would be helpful in forecasting.
Works well - should have custom domain offered as standard because without it, your emails may not get through to your customers. That's not a luxury and should be a given - but other than that, all good.
We have been using this app for over 12 months, it is user friendly for both parties. If we've had any queries where we have needed help, we've jumped on the chat and received a real person in the live chat and been sorted very quickly. Great service, thanks
They have been a good company and even when I uninstalled the app by mistake their dedicated team and system were able to restore everything without issue...as though it hadn't happened. It could use some work on the end user side of things but I have liked it thus far.
The support I get from this app is great, they will always provide the knowledge and resolve issues as best as possible. The app ticks all the boxes for me in terms of providing a subscription.
It's working well. I moved from recharge as this is much more fairly priced for a small business. I do find the app settings a bit hard to navigate but the support is always available so that makes a big difference. Today I had a problem with my shipping set up and got a reply within a minute, with screenshots how to manage it. Resolved in no time!
The migration from my old app was pretty seamless and the engineer on the other end went above and beyond to be really helpful. Have not started using it fully or received customer feedback yet but initial experience is great.
Customer service is very attentive and helpful. They helped me migrate from my previous subscription app to Appstle. The process was mostly seamless. I had to readdress the same issues repeatedly while transferring a few customers' subscriptions to Appstle. Although that was frustrating, customer service was responsive and met each concern with a positive attitude and urgency to resolve the issue. Thank you Paul and team.
I have been using it for a few months now and have had an excellent experience. It was easy to install and its usability is very good. It can be improved significantly in terms of translation to other languages, as I couldn’t find all the fields I needed when translating to Portuguese. I also think the customization could be improved overall.
Additionally, during the migration of customer credit card data, some records were left without first and last names. This caused integration issues with logistics and CRM applications, highlighting the need for more robust data validation during migration processes.
