Superb! After installing and uninstalling a variety of subscription apps due to limited features and differing payment plans, we settled on Appstle and cannot speak highly enough of what this app offers. The customisation is unmatched, enabling us to perfectly tailor the look and feel of the widget to our store and achieve the desired customer experience. They also offer some of the best support we've experienced on Shopify. Our queries were answered within minutes, allowing us to set up our subscription service quickly and easily.

I'm fairly new at using this app, though it looks like it has everything I need to begin our Subscription Box offer.. One thing for certain, customer service is AAA#1 I had issues navigating the new app and gotten all the help I need to understand and proceed accordingly.. I would highly recommend them!! I'm brand new to the app and was SHOCKED when I needed help with some customizations and the chat was so easy to find and Brooks was there in 2 minutes. Brooks went back and forth with me on the customizations I needed until they were exactly how I want it. It's a beautiful app and integrated seamlessly with my 3rd party Shopify theme. 1st impressions are pretty decent! - the software seems to cover every eventuality and very easy to get started. It looks a bit overwhelming but im sure it will be great.

I just installed the Appstle app on my Shopify store and needed some assistance in setting up a trial run before offering the service to my customers. I was assisted by a very helpful agent who looked into my questions and came back with solutions to help me. Still new to the app but so far the user interface on both the back and front end is great. I had some initial questions regarding discount codes and somewhat got back to me within 5 minutes of submitting my question. I was really impressed and am looking forward to using this app more.
