Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I have tried many subscription apps. Appstle is by far one of the best apps rich with custom features. Test it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Also, customer service is super fast in answering my questions.

The app is very intuitive to implement, and works beautifully. I had a few issues with configuration and integration, but the support team couldn't have been more helpful or responsive.

Installed the app and in literally 5 minutes I was able to add subscriptions to my product pages. As soon as I integrated the app, I got a chat invitation for help and they took it from there. If this is any indication on the kind of support to expect, they've set the bar very high. I'm looking forward to working with the team to really grow our business. Just had an issue pop-up, but the support team jumped right on it and stayed with me until it was resolved. The response is immediately and the support quality it top-notch. Can't recommend more.

I'm still in the process of testing the app but for now I give 5 stars basically because of the excellent customer support I received from someone called Kehanvi.
Update 2023-02-08: The app is really great with lots of functions and the technical support team is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I keep my score of 5!

Just to be clear, I am a Shopify review sceptic - I never know when to trust the reviews, but I have downloaded this app to launch my English wine subscription and I have been really impressed with it. I'm not remotely technically minded, but this was really easy. I would say the thing that really sets this app apart from another one I'd tried previously is the support - it's literally 24/7 support and they are SO helpful. Not sure what to do? They'll send super simple step by step instructions. Found a bug or a glitch? Fixed within 5 minutes. I am really pleased with how simple it has been to customise everything the way I wanted to, and how well it integrates with my store. Five stars and definitely recommend.

We just set up our first subscription plan. Appstle customer service was excellent, Prarthana was very thorough and helpful, and she answered all of my questions. So far the experience has been wonderful, Prarthana walked me through several customizations and remained available over a couple hours while I navigated all the settings. Looking forward to seeing the app work!

Customer service from the team is incredible! Upon setting up the app, they made the effort to support me in areas I didn't even ask to be helped with. Best I have ever experienced!
