We sell fresh micro greens to local customers. This does everything we need it to do and more. Customers services is responsive and helpful.

The customer service team is insanely fast and will literally handhold you through setting it up. Nearly 100% of the app is customizable, which can be both good and overwhelming, but having the options is important. Without the customer support team, I'm not sure I'd feel the same way, but happy to recommend this to other users as a result of it being perhaps the fastest and most responsive I've ever dealt with.

Haven't used this app for long but was struggling with figuring out how to project a subscription widget on my web page builder through code as the two apps aren't integrated. I messaged the live chat for help and they have been very helpful with talking to me and doing their best to help me with my issue. Very good customer service, very friendly to talk to, and helpful when needed. Update: The widget has been done! I highly recommend this app the team are great and have helped me with my problem when I was ready to give up on the idea completely, they have done it very fast, and in a day and age where everything extra comes at a cost, they have helped me and sorted this widget without any charges, completely free! Brilliant customer service and a great app!

Very comprehensive app, lots of capability and customization, which we needed for our complicated product/service plan combination. With much power comes much learning, so initial set up was hard. The video tutorials help, but the 24/7 service team is by far one of the best features of this app. Representatives answer right away and they are all so competent. Very helpful technical support who will get the information quickly, or just get go under the hood and set up right. A+ for tireless onboarding assistance. - Update 1 year later- they added a bunch of handy features and capabilities. Easier to use as well.

Aside from being an absolutely amazing app that fulfills every need we thought of and more than that --- this was such an amazing customer experience!!! Fast, helpful, personal and immediately to the point. Special thanks to Mann from customer service ;) Give this man a raise.

I just added the app, so I will update after 1 month as far as performance. As far as customer service and integration. The set-up was easy, but because I use custom coding I ran into a snag. Great app! We were looking to completely customize our subscription setup, and this app offered a lot of flexibility to set up exactly what we were looking for. GREAT customer support. I didn't find the documentation and help articles/videos very helpful - they were vague and just gave the broad strokes - so I reached out via the help chat. I received speedy answers and support for all of my questions, and they even hopped in our store to make additions and changes that I was struggling to complete on my own. Highly recommend this app for both its usability and its support.
