Very responsive and helpful team. They offer detailed explanations on how to manage things yourself and troubleshooting the odd issue very quickly. There is room for improvement for translation management for multiple languages, this could be easier.

I am currently a very small business and i use the free plan as of now as my business grows. The software is very easy to use. It's only me doing everything for my business so it was nice having their technical staff help me with set up and any technical issues. Overall, it's been a great experience working with this app and the staff. Highly recommend the trying it out!

Great app with a responsive and professional support team. The setup and configuration process was smooth, and the team was quick to assist with any questions or requests. So far, the app has worked well for our subscription requirements, and the support experience has been excellent.

As far as now, the app is working very well, and their support team is very helpful. Any changes related to subscription, what we aren't able to do, their team does. We only need to give them the information. Also, we are looking to use their loyalty and rewards program app. Let's see how it goes.

Seamless integration with Shopify and Klaviyo - somewhat of a learning curve for me being new to Ecomm but their support was fantastic and I was able to complete much on my own. Great features and functionality and easy to use!

Excellent subscription app with a great-looking widget and plenty of customization options. The support has been outstanding-Devin responded quickly, made the changes I needed straight away, removed the Appstle branding as a courtesy, and even helped optimise the purchase widget. The service has been fast, friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended.
