Amazing customer service from the support team. Swift response and great follow up. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure the app works perfectly for our site. Checked out a few other subscription apps before going with Appstle and I can very confidently say that Appstle have the best service, Given that a lot of these apps offer similar functionality, it's the service that really makes the difference. Very happy with Appstle.

Working great so far, but I've just started. I sell calendars, so I need yearly subscriptions, which I was not able to find previously elsewhere (tho it may exist now). Support has been very helpful and this app seems to have TONS of features and seems reasonably priced. I'm not 100% sure if the subscriptions will work perfectly yet, as I have several months to wait for real-live subscription orders to come in. But I've been very impressed with all the customizations possible.

The best subscription app available, in our opinion. Customer service is tremendous, too. We would recommend Appstle to other Shopify users.

I initially tried a diff sub app but didnt like its limited functions...I then learned about this one. It does everything i need! The support staff is EXCELLENT and have helped explain settings and even helped to tweek some things left in the code from the other app I had tried previously. I really enjoy the options in this app and it saves me so much time in not having to manually bill customers any longer. FIRST RATE CUSTOMER service to help you in anything you need as well!

Appstle customer service is great and I got answers for all my questions within minutes. The app itself is easy to use and good value for it's price.

The Appstle app is easy to use. And any time I have had questions or needed help their team are fast to respond and fix any issues I have. Kate was able to help fix my bundles so they were showing exactly how I needed them!!!

Very easy, very fast, free, and best support. It work fine with and theme.

It is a good option for subscription orders it works at they said and they have a free plan to start with. And they have a good service too.

Excellent customer service

This app was incredibly easy to set up. We had some fairly complex subscription requirements and it took very little time to learn how to make the configuration work. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE... We decided to migrate to a new theme and that caused some problems. But the customer support was amazing. In the year 2021 when it feels like everything is broken, the customer support team is the most delightful experience I've had all year. They worked super hard to find and fix some very difficult to reproduce issues. Shout out to Sumeet, who definitely deserves a raise.
