One of the things I appreciate the most is how it simplifies the process of managing subscriptionss.
With Appstle, I can easily delete, renew, and manage customer subscriptions.
There is also customer account support in the app. There is a convenient widget on the product page. App support is available 24/7, they answer at any time and always solve any questions.

Haven't had the app very long, but initial interaction with customer support (Harris) to handle a small issue that I was experiencing (oversight on my part) was handled promptly with an added bit of courtesy in assisting with editing the app to look better on our page.

I wanted to migrate from my current rewards program to Appstle as it includes more features, such as point expiration and VIP program for. a much lower price. Unfortunately, the backend of this app is very time consuming and complicated. The wording and options were confusing. You also can't preview anything you are doing. The migration was very manual, and I started feeling very uneasy about removing my current program as I was not very confident in this one. I reached out to support several times, and although they were responsible, I really received not much help in the migration, although they keep stating to chat with them for a smooth migration with a specialized team. My recommendation would be to have a dedicated person to hands-on migrate you (copy your current program), and get you going right away.

I like the app a lot and the support is amazing. Sometimes I have really difficult questions and I always get an answer within under 10 minutes. I thought about changing to a competitor because all of my founder friends use the other one but I will definitely stay. And the price is absolutely fair.

So far we have loved this app. It helped us do exactly what we wanted which was make a recurring subscription and create a build-a-box feature for our customers. The app was super easy to set-up, because every input has a detailed description of what it does/effects.

We did have one minor hiccup related to our theme, but a quick conversation with the support desk, and our problem was taken care of in minutes. Very helpful and very responsive.

Highly recommending this app.
