Support is great it is always quick and clear on sorting my questions. I will be continuing with the subscription app which shows I personally would recommend it for other small businesses like ours.

I called needing help with loading the widget onto my product page. The representative I spoke with quickly accessed and fixed the problem and then offered to design the widget to match my website.

I had a lot of questions when trying to set up my subscription plans and contacted support. They (Sebastian), assisted me wonderfully. Were very patient with all my questions and didn't leave until I was all done. Really impressed and happy with their customer service so far.

I've only been running this app about 2 weeks. When I tried to launch my new theme with the subscription product I ran into problems. I tried everything I could to resolve it myself. After hours trying to fix the error, I reached out to the Appstle team. They were magnificent! Sean and Brooks were patient in explaining what I needed, and were able to help me fix the issue related to my Trade theme adoption. Not to mention speedy in their responses. I would definitely reach out again! I can't thank the team enough.

Our FMCG brand has been using Appstle for about 2 years now and I haven't been disappointed. The customer service is always prompt and very helpful in solving our problems/ edge cases, and the subscription service itself has really increased our repeat orders. Would recommend!

This app has been amazing for adding subscription options to our website and the support team has been even better. I needed to change a few cosmetic things to customize it to our look and feel and they were fast to respond and walk me through step by step over the last month while I built out my website. I've already tested the subscription process myself by placing a subscription order reoccurring every 2 weeks and I noticed something that needed to be changed in the auto sent email. within minutes the support team walked me through it and had it exactly the way I wanted it. I also use their loyalty app and even customized it for giveaways so customers earn "entries" instead of "points".

Appstle has good customer service, but there the goodness ends. There are so many problems, and now all of a sudden, appstle has quit sending emails to our subscribers, leaving us in a giant lurch. They didn't give us any warning about this. :-(
