As far as now, the app is working very well, and their support team is very helpful. Any changes related to subscription, what we aren't able to do, their team does. We only need to give them the information. Also, we are looking to use their loyalty and rewards program app. Let's see how it goes.

Seamless integration with Shopify and Klaviyo - somewhat of a learning curve for me being new to Ecomm but their support was fantastic and I was able to complete much on my own. Great features and functionality and easy to use!

Excellent subscription app with a great-looking widget and plenty of customization options. The support has been outstanding-Devin responded quickly, made the changes I needed straight away, removed the Appstle branding as a courtesy, and even helped optimise the purchase widget. The service has been fast, friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

I can't speak highly enough about the team at Appstle, I've had multiple queries with them, trying to get things to work the way I want them to and a lot of it isn't standard out of the box setup. I've dealt with multiple members of their team and they've always been quick to help me resolve things quickly.
On top of that, each time I reach out to them for help they take a look at my store and provide feedback and offer to make small adjustments here and there to better help the flow of the store. Each time they've suggested something I've realised it's a good idea and gone ahead with it.

I needed help getting free shipping for an order for one of our customers and Max helped us out. He helped me with the problem and was fixed in underneath 10 minutes. ON top of that, he reviewed my website and found a look error and asked if I wanted that fixed. I Didn't even realize that was happening, and he fixed it for me.
