The app has many features, including the ability to offer rewards for subscriptions. The support is probably the best I've ever dealt with.

This app is incredibly dynamic and offers an impressive range of capabilities, even on the free plan, with the flexibility to add additional features as needed. The customer service has also been excellent —responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. I really appreciate the service and the level of support. Highly recommend!

I truly appreciate the quick response and the help that I receive. I am NOT an IT person and I need detailed instructions on how to navigate this. I provide screenshots on issues I'm having on my side since this can be very over whelming at times and they walk me through it. My customers love the ease of managing their subscriptions. I would recommend this app to your business plan if you are wanting subscriptions.

I've only recently started using the free version, and have found it to be quite feature rich. Many of the paid features help with managing quantity, so once I have a bunch of subscribers I'll be more than happy to go up a tier anyway. I also had no trouble contacting support. They were very quick to respond and helped me solve my setup issue quickly. Great!

Sebastian worked diligently on my subscription app until all my questions and issues were resolved. He even went out of his way to make suggestions that he thought would make the app work more smoothly for my business. The process was easy, efficient, and took a lot of pressure off of me to get it done myself.

Love this app! Love the support team! I tested several subscription apps, and this was the best one by far, especially for the price. Great admin area with the ability to control and tweak almost any aspect of the subscription process you can think of, plus Klaviyo and Shopify flow integration. It's enabling me to create a really complex system for my new business. And, the support team is amazing! They have been extremely helpful every time I've needed them, which has been quite a few. I had a really great experience migrating from Shopify Subscriptions to Appstle. The support and migration team guided me through the entire process step by step, performed a test migration first, helped me verify the subscription data and billing, and made sure my existing customers wouldn’t be affected or charged twice.

They were very responsive whenever I had questions and also helped with the final setup, syncing the migrated subscriptions with my new plan, and even removing the Appstle branding from the widget for me.

The whole migration felt very careful and well managed, which was especially important to me because I already had a large number of active subscriptions. Really happy with the support and the app so far!

We are currently migrating our subscription program from WooCommerce to Shopify/Appstle, which is a sensitive process with a lot of moving parts. Hussain and his colleagues were extremely responsive, patient and proactive throughout the whole process.

Hussein personally verified individual subscriptions, activated migrated contracts, confirmed Stripe integration status, and coordinated the bulk activation of all subscriptions to ensure future renewals are processed correctly through Appstle. Communication was clear, fast and reassuring during a critical stage of our migration.

What impressed me most was the willingness to investigate specific customer cases individually and follow through until everything was working correctly.

Highly recommended for any merchant managing subscriptions or migrating from another platform.

Brilliant app and even more helpful Merchant Success Engineer. I was stuck in the process of setting up the app and Adam has helped me go through it smoothly. It now works fine and looks great! Definitely an easier onboarding than other apps I've tried so far.

I came to Appstle after a long day of hitting walls elsewhere. I sell one product, and I needed something that sounds simple but isn't: two subscription options side by side on the same product page, one pouch monthly and three pouches quarterly, with the three-pack pulling correctly from the same inventory. Anyone who has tried this on Shopify knows it is not a one-click problem.

Alden answered every question directly, including the ones where the honest answer was "that's a separate app." He told me I could downgrade my plan and save money before I ever paid a cent. That is not something you forget.

He offered to build the entire setup himself, respected every boundary I set around my published theme, and sent me a screenshot of the working cart so I could see the three units deducting correctly before I even asked to verify it.

I am a first-time founder building alone, and I asked him to explain things so I could learn, not just receive. He did.

The apps are excellent. The support is the reason I'll stay.
