The app is fairly easy to use and somewhat intuitive. More difficult requests require help, but the team at Shopify is responsive, patient, and very helpful via the chat option.

We have used Appstle for the past year and love the app. Easy to customize to meet your needs, great customer portal, merchant portal is intuitive, and the customer service has been stellar- If theres ever an issue they address it quickly. You can't beat the combination of price, service and function.

So far the App is providing a lot of solutions for my company. I still have some testing to do, but think it will be great after speaking with customer support via chat. The Chat rep was wonderful. She answered all of my questions, sent me how to videos for my specific use cases (which are very unique, so it took some creative thinking on her part!).
