From the outset, this application has proven to be invaluable for my needs, offering an extensive range of features at a price that is more than reasonable. Over the course of my subscription, I've had more than 20 interactions with their support team regarding various questions and challenges, both minor and major. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. For years I've been limping along with subscription apps that ALMOST did what I wanted, and every couple of years I'd look around to see if anything new was available. Another business owner told me about Appstle and she was right. The search is over. Appstle is perfect!

It has so many options for different types of subscription schedules, a gorgeous dashboard for my customers - clean, simple, easy to navigate and VERY easy to customize with exactly the info and options I want them to have access to.

And the customer service is amazing! I've NEVER encountered this level of help before. I had to migrate a group of subscribers once before (with another company) and it was a disaster. They realized (after I deleted all the subscriptions) that a migration wasn't possible and I had to ask all my subscribers to resubscribe. That was NOT an experience I wanted to repeat, so I had a million questions for the folks at Appstle and they were so incredibly patient answering them all. Mine was a fairly complex migration because I was also changing the payment schedule from every 30 days to everyone being charged on the same day (which is another fabulous feature Appstle offers) and they basically did the entire migration for me. It worked flawlessly!

I'm a creative business owner - not a web developer - with an online business for fifteen years, and I've encountered so many situations where tech support people are either really condescending or really impatient when I don't understand the tech jargon. Over the course of the migration process I worked with several different people at Appstle and every single one of them was polite, patient, helpful and KIND. They made every step of the process incredible easy.

These guys really do deserve the 5 stars like so many others leave for this app. They have worked with me during multiple enquiries to get the app setup perfectly on our website. It's probably worth it to do the small upgrade a pay a few dollars per month as it unlocks so valuable features that the free plan does not have.

Appstle is very robust and has lots of features, but it takes some time to set up properly. That said, once it's set up it works great! Also, having the "Build-A-Box" feature is a huge bonus for our customers as it gives them complete control to customize their subscription. Tech support is also excellent!

We just set this app up and it has been incredibly easy. I had one quick question and customer service was fast and super helpful. So far, I'm really impressed!

They helped me to create a subscription that works for our business and when I was unsure of how to make it work, they stayed with me through the complete process. It has worked beautifully! Just downloaded this app and so far I'm very happy! It was easy to setup, looks great on my website and the customer service chat was very helpful. They weren't even online but responded to me in just a few minutes! They helped make some adjustments to cusotmize the look and it looks great!
