We are new to the app but the initial set-up has been extremely easy. I wasn't sure how to apply the app to our custom Theme. A message to their support and the connection was made and the subscription widget implemented within 15 minutes. Very friendly & knowledgable - thank you Mohammed - and the program seems very intuitive. Thank you!!

I recently discovered this App and I like the easy, and neat setup. Shop intregration is very handable for many themes and the setup in their environent is similary easy. Also the customer service is very quick and helpful and will guide you through the setup process - even with the FREE plan. Many thanks!

Just installed the app. So far so good, simple, easy to use, and intuitive.
Some features aren't available until higher price points. During setup and playing with how I wanted things to work I must have broken something in my theme, and I have to say that their service is great, very responsive, and helpful.
They fixed whatever I broke in about 30 min.

Update to my review: In searching for further assistance, the support team became less and less responsive, making it much more difficult to receive help in a timely manner, often being left with messages that never got responded to at all. A time zone mixup didn't help matters either. I am still waiting for a response to a query from over 17 hours ago.
App is very user friendly, and has great levels of customization even at the most basic package. The support team is amazing, they are very quick to help answer questions and solve issues, and are happy to help with additional custom support when needed. This app and its support team provide everything we need for our subscription platform.
