Chat support for onboarding was great - very helpful.
I wanted to be able to tie the customer subscription renewal to the 'ship date' rather than the 'order date' - unfortunately the app cannot do that - but at least my support guy was able to tell me upfront.

Bought the App because it provided the functionality we were looking for - great experience setting up the subscriptions customized to our preferences. The app is working great and support is fast and very well organized.

I can only give the app 4 stars because of the way subscriptions are managed by the customer. They need to create an account on Shopify to manage their subscriptions but its not clear for customers to do this unless I force all customers to create an account before checkout.

We are so happy with our decision to switch to the app, it works well and has all the functionality we were looking for, there are a range of plans available including prepaid and pay-as-you-go and the price is very reasonable!
Our special thanks go to the support team and Mark, the guys are so helpful, professional and friendly. They respond very quickly in chat and you can be sure they will guide you through any possible questions you may have to get the desired result. Both the migration process and the configuration of the subscription plans were smooth and easy for us, the interfaces are intuitive and clear. Amazing job!
