The app is everything you could ever want from a subscription app. The customer service is on another level, they will help you with anything you need help with. Amazing, I've never had this great an experience using any other app and certainly any other subscription app.

There is no better app. This app is very user-friendly; if you are stumped and need help, someone will always help you via chat. It's not an automated ask 15 questions before you speak to someone; it goes directly to help.
I needed help twice, and each time, I was impressed with the customer service and the result. I am on the basic plan, and they treat me like a valuable customer, solving all my problems and answering all my questions. As soon as I am capped on subscriptions, I will be upgrading.
