I asked for help and they walked me through the whole process to set up a Build a Box. I will continue to add more and more of their widgets to our site based on that type of customer service!

THE BEST customer service. I have been trying to migrate my Bold subscriptions to another app and was not getting the support needed so when I reached out to Appstle I must say I was blown away by the quick responses and help I received. Not only was it on a Sunday but Jackson stuck with me from the morning until the evening to make sure all was taken care of. For anyone out there looking for a subscription app with great customer service I would 100% recommend Appstle. Jackson you are awesome!

We had an issue with the app that we couldn't sort on our own. We contacted the live chat who were very helpful and sorted the issue for us straight away. Customer support is excellent!

While the user inferface is not always easy to use, the customer service team are exceptional and always fix any issues in a timely manner. We have been very happy with this service.

I switched to Appstle several months ago. I think I'm still getting used to it. The customer service and support is very good. I usually get a quick response. The downside is there seems to be less features like skipping a delivery, etc. Items/orders instead need to be cancelled and re-added. Also, there is no easy way to combine orders like in other Apps.

Dear Merchant,

Thank you for your feedback. We do support merging orders and skipping delivery. However, in Shopify, a subscription can not have multiple frequencies. Hence, we can only merge subscriptions that have the same frequency. Please feel free to reach out anytime for assistance. We are available 24x7x365.
