I've researched all the possible Shopify apps out there for subscriptions as well as bundling, and Appstle appeared to me by far to be the best option that would suit my business. And it actually helps both with subscriptions and bundling; some apps only do one or the other. Not only that, but if you do your homework like I have you will realize other subscription apps have transaction fees factored in, so once you start doing high volume you're really gonna get screwed and that will far outweigh the small monthly fee associated with Appstle. I'm so glad this app doesn't do that. One of the many reasons I chose to go for them, as I expect to do a lot of eCommerce business and don't want to set things up in a way that shoots myself in the foot. As far as usability goes, it's been phenomenal. I'm really happy with all the features I've had and how easy it has been to do everything in it. I tried a different bundling app before but quit because it was just way too complicated and ambiguous. So I will say Appstle is user friendly, super convenient, has definitely helped me take my store image and appeal to the next level, and not to mention the customer support. I've had very prompt help which has gone the extra mile, immediately every time I've reached out. Can't find that everywhere this day in age! Strongly recommend.

Appstle has been great about coming back to me really quickly and helping me solve problems. Ashwin's care and attention to detail meant that we could get an idea over the line that we really wanted - he found the solution. Really happy with the service so far.

I cannot recommend the app. I recently asked for support to set up a shipping profile so customers from a specific country would get free shipping when subscribing to a product, and customers from other countries would still need to pay shipping. What happened? The App has a serious flaw and customers outside these countries that are meant to receive free shipping were not able to check-out at all anymore. I have lost sales due to this app and when raising this to their customer service - their attitude towards the issue was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of being curious to understand the issue they basically blamed me for their flawed app. I cannot recommend this app and surprised they have so many positive reviews.

I recently switched from another Shopify subscription app to Appstle. The migration process was smooth and error-free. However, it's important to note that the migration may not be instant. Follow the provided steps carefully and allow their team to guide you. By doing so, you can complete the migration without any issues.

Since migrating, I have received excellent service from Appstle. They have been proactive in addressing any minor issues that have arisen, such as familiarizing myself with their system and making necessary tweaks to the theme code to ensure the customer portal functions perfectly. Although my store is not large and I have only been using Appstle for 2 months, we heavily rely on subscribers. So far, the experience has been very positive, and I highly recommend them.
