**Latest Update** Well the lead dev/co-founder has been very difficult to communicate with. But these guys have made their analytics section 10x's better since I spoke up. So I need to give credit where credit is due. They deserve it. I just hope they will add the other things i mentioned....LTV per product variation, and average subscription length per sku....then they'd have the best sub app analytics on shopify. And we are also having trouble with email's not being sent....a bunch of our customers aren't getting appstle's emails and sure enough the tests are returning errors....but on the front end it says "Success." I need def our emails to work. But thx guys for making the changes, its' much better now.
**UPDATE**They are trying to fix the analytics but so far have just pushed a bunch of confusing titles that make no sense, and haven't fixed any of the broken formulas or sections. These guys really need some serious help and I will only update this review when the analytics are functioning correctly, and not a dashboard with 75% broken stats and mis-titled everything. All these 5 star reviews HAVE TO BE FAKE. There is no way that this product is getting that good of feedback. Read all the 1 star reviews and you'll get the REAL picture of what we are dealing with here. I really really hope these guys fix their data so we can build on this.
The absolute worst analytics section i've ever seen. English isn't the first language of their UI devs so the definitions of the features make no sense at all.... and they clearly have no experience running subscription models - they are missing every crucial piece of data that we need - its seriously the worst analytics section i've seen in 8 years...it shows nothing of use and is missing everything we need.
It doesn't even show a real churn rate...its a different calculation that no one would ever use or need. It doesn't show total revenue generated. And it doesn't show any approval rates. I'm telling you guys.....its like these people have ZERO experience with the subscription model. I am beyond frustrated because we built our entire store into this thing.
The support is fast and that's the only reason this isn't a 1 star.
The widget on the site breaks all the time and every time we list a new product, we have to ask their devs to fix their widget....and they NEVER do it right the first time and we have to point out their mistakes over and over and over - this has happened 3 times now and each time they promise to fix it.... and of course, they do nothing.
This app is so disappointing. Unless they fix their analytics, there is no way for us to scale on this. It really sucks.

Sharing what I mentioned on our call, our analytics definition and formulas adhere to common parlance, as well and other app benchmarks. If we change the metric formula per your request alone, it will affect our 20,000+ other merchants.
We still added a new and unique metric based on your store’s needs and preferred input variables, and unfortunately, beyond that, we will not able to change the label of our existing metric.
As regards the widget, our investigation showed that your store was using 2 different templates for 2 different products. Our team was not privy to this critical information and hence we configured widget based on just one template.

Update to my review: In searching for further assistance, the support team became less and less responsive, making it much more difficult to receive help in a timely manner, often being left with messages that never got responded to at all. A time zone mixup didn't help matters either. I am still waiting for a response to a query from over 17 hours ago.
App is very user friendly, and has great levels of customization even at the most basic package. The support team is amazing, they are very quick to help answer questions and solve issues, and are happy to help with additional custom support when needed. This app and its support team provide everything we need for our subscription platform.

Had a little issue with not knowing why my set up didn't work when I did everything I was told to do...
but Hussain was an incredibly great help and answered all of my questions thoroughly and fixed the issue so, I really appreciate them.
Can't access the app, keep getting server error with code page, (only can access app at random) and no one has looked into it when I requested assistance.
Great support by Muhammad who effectively installed it and customised it for us - now let's see if we get the subs in.
Update: I'm not sure what has happened here, but things are going wrong with this app and the support is no longer helping us out. I will happily update my review to 5* again if this gets sorted, but with a broken app and not much support, we cannot keep using this.

I'm new to this app, but the customer service is 5 star. Super impressed with the reps helpfulness and concern. After my second contact with this company I take it back, not everyone is the first rep. What's more is there was no way to separate sale prices from actual subscription prices, the app practically gave the store away.
