It is very easy to remove products from subscription, but when it comes to adding products, there are very big problems and it costs the business a lot of money. We have 500 different products, spices etc. we are selling. It takes 5 seconds to unsubscribe products and 15 minutes to add. Definitely adding products is loading very slowly and needs to be categorized. The site owner should be able to edit and categorize the product adding part from the admin panel. Otherwise, the person who uses our site every 10 days wastes time and gets bored of adding it and cancels the subscription. The application is very cost-effective, I hope it solves it. There are many good aspects, but 1 bad side makes everything.

Working well so far. I had a little issue of double charging (my fault) but their support was able to quickly fix this for me. Greatly appreciate their support!

Good app for starting to explore subscriptions. I did have trouble adding a banner to top of page but am still able to start accepting subscriptions

I use this app to provide subscriptions on hundreds of products, works well, only downside would be that a product can't be on special and still be available for subscription discount without being discounted further.
I'm very new to the app so not a lot to say as yet. But so far it is fulfilling what I need. I do think some of the set up docs could be a little clearer. But the support chat was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond my expectations. Really looking forward to using this app to help grow my business :)
The team is extremely responsive and helpful, which is the most important thing. The app needs better front-end customizability for styling and more accommodation for products that are digital or SaaS subscriptions. The app is tailored to physical goods. They also need better integration with klaviyo or more documentation on how to design your own transactional emails outside appstle. If you don't know HTML it is very difficult to design your own emails outside of the Appstle email editor (which is very limited), and still be able to use unique customer variables for transactional emails.

I just installed the app. I find it very difficult to navigate without a human being to assist. I wanted to add a subscription option to my website. I have not used it yet but I am sure it will do what it was created to do. I did however have a wonderful experience thanks to customer service. If only I could get the same level of assistance every time I am in need.
