Appstle offers some of the best customer service I've ever worked with. The response times are always in a few minutes, and the reps work with you until they have you squared away. Prarthana even helped me to get the UI styling looking a little better. Also, great product!

Customer support super responsive. Unlike other subscription services where they charge you $99+/month for a crappy interface and ask you to write custom CSS to make it look better (when their CSS documentation is complete BS... I'm a SWE and I have no idea which object I'm trying to modify). Appstle's customer engineer team legit changed the CSS for me in less than 1 minute.. and I'm on the free plan... Ashwin, you my boy!

Getting set up and everything seems pretty straightforward. I had a bit of trouble customizing my widget to match my theme, but Nayyab and Hasnain were so helpful. They were very patient and kind and set everything up for me just how I wanted it. Great team behind what seems to be a great app!

I must admit, i dreaded creating a whole new subscription model as there are so many factors required to ensure our customers receive the best experience and most importantly care! ..After researching several. i found Appstle was thorough and easy to navigate.
