Recently I had some difficulty with switching plans and had to go through several people to design the best option for my business. However in the end, Appstle provided a solution that was more than fair. I have used this service for more than two years and have always been happy with the seamless way it populates my subscription orders into our Shopify storefront every month. The Appstle Subscription support team are amazing--I've needed their help several times over the last year and they are always quick to respond, very helpful and can also help implement changes if you need. I really appreciate this support over being provided with pages of instructions which has become quite the norm.

I rate a Shopify app by two main things, one the style & functionality customisation and two the support. Both have been 5/5 stars for me with Apostle. Brooks a customer support and dev has been a great help and has provide great service. I would highly recommend this app, it's cheaper and better than recharge!

Works really well, very easy to use, easy customer dashboard and very simple to configure different options for customers.
Would love to be able to fully customize the look and layout of the customer portal though.

This app has been amazing for adding subscription options to our website and the support team has been even better. I needed to change a few cosmetic things to customize it to our look and feel and they were fast to respond and walk me through step by step over the last month while I built out my website. I've already tested the subscription process myself by placing a subscription order reoccurring every 2 weeks and I noticed something that needed to be changed in the auto sent email. within minutes the support team walked me through it and had it exactly the way I wanted it. I also use their loyalty app and even customized it for giveaways so customers earn "entries" instead of "points".
